Sure does. In the northern part of Arizona, there are traces of snow. Not enough for a snowman or a snowball fight, but enough to whiten the ground.

It does indeed snow. Parts of Arizona are in what is considered the "high desert" region of the Southwest, where temperatures can fluctuate immensely. There are actually a few ski resorts in Arizona, including one that is only a few hours from Phoenix:

Arizona is not in San Jose. In fact, Arizona is a State, and SJ is a city. I think you could possible have the wrong category.
