Any hotels in downtown San Jose where an 18-year-old can stay alone?

I am planning to see the Katy Perry concert in San Jose on August 12th, and I want to find a hotel, as close to the HP Pavilion as possible, where 18 (not 21) is the minimum age to stay alone.
I originally considered the Sheraton, but they serve alcohol and won't let anyone under 21 stay there. It is also preferable if the hotel takes debit cards, but that is not necessary. Proximity to the Hp Pavilion is another plus, but that is not necessary either.
